It is impossible to not renew their services when your contract is up. They continued to bill my credit card.

I have a collection letter from them stating they would take 60% of what i owed them they would not send the remainder to a collection agency. Guess what? They sent the remainder to collections and was threatened re my credit.

Dont talk with them. I presently have filed a complaint with consumerfinance.gov.

I got under contract with this company.... first mistake.

They post random crap on my page..... but nooooo I have a contract.... Contract is up canceled within 30 days.... and guess what?

They are still charging my account. I emailed, called even got confirmation of cancellation....

They are absolute worthless. Posted on my FB business 0page to use Redfin and you won't need a buyer agent. I lost $18k in commissions over that one post.

I first signed up for their service to make posts on my facebook page for $179 a month. I didn't have to sign a contract so after a couple months I wanted to cancel.

They tell me it takes 3 weeks to cancel. Then of course someone else calls to sell a new service. The SEM, guaranteed traffic to your website. But of course to have that service you also have to keep the first service I signed up for.

The SEM had to have a 6 month contract at $299 a month. I hate to say it, but I fell for it AGAIN! I will use the excuse that I am a new agent and really wanted to build my business! I signed up and signed the 6 month agreement.

Yes they say I am getting traffic to my website. I am getting some leads but NOT one has been a good lead yet. Some don't have a valid email address so you cant put them on a drip campaign. Ones who do have a vaild email, never open the emails they get (you can see in the system).

Some don't put a phone number in at all, some put fake numbers, the rest never answer the phone or respond to text. I am 4 months in and I can NOT wait to cancel this!! SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY! Once I can cancel, I will have paid $3703 for NOTHING!!!

I hear the cancellation process is also not easy either! You have to give a 30 day notice and the "case manager" has to call you about it. I was told when I signed up a case manager would be calling me, NEVER once heard from whoever that person is. I emailed the guy who signed me up with doubt and concerns a month after signing up, NEVER got a response back.

What a joke!!

I CAN NOT WAIT TO BE DONE WITH THIS COMPANY , STOP BEING SO ANGRY OVER WASTING SO MUCH MONEY AND MOVE ON!! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!!!!

Property Pulse or Z57... They will sign you up for service you adamantly express you do not want.

Then they will not cancel. They had me sign contract emailed to me while on phone with sales. I said I would pay for service one time for the year only, No contracts! I do not want any monthly payments!

Okay, they said, Just sign, no worries. Then three months latter they started to withdraw additional $299 A MONTH from my account. I had to cancel my Card with my bank after three months as they would not cancel. I called them and they said no worries, just ignore the balance due on my account.

They have now turned me over to collections with over $3000 DUE NOW. Avoid this company at all cost!

This is the worst scam of a company I have ever dealt with. They don't answer calls, don't return your voicemails and don't provide the services they state they will provide. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I want to terminate with Z57 - Property Pulse and demand a full refund. The service from Z57 has been non-existent. I suggest a manager call me immediately.

I was very reluctant to sign up because it is very expensive. Patrick Clegg assured me that because of the business nature of realestate I could pause or turn off my service at any time. He said I could pay a few months in advance and then turn it off until I have a closing and then pay for a few more months.

Needless to say that was not the case. I told them when I paid for a couple months to stop until I could pay more and they told me that was fine. They did not, a month later someone calls to sell me another service of theirs and I tell him no I need to stop or pause there service because it is still posting and he assured me that ity would be taken care of and someone would call me back. No one called back for another month and it was again to sell me an ad service. I told him the same and again he told me that someone would call back. No one did.

Now I start calling and telling them to please stop my service, each time they tell me someone will call me back or that they will take care of it nobody ever does!

Today I call again now very upset that this service is still posting and I'm still being billed. Today she tells me that I signed for a service that cannot be paused and they cannot stop it because I'm under a year contract and I would have to pay for a year even if they did stop the service!

I did not sign up for a year, I signed up for a month to month service that can be canceled anytime by my original sales person Patrick Clegg!! All lies!

Whats sad is that this service could actually be great if it was more user friendly, they had better customer service and if they didn't lie about cancelling services!

Read the reviews people, I wish I would have, do not give them your money!!

they sell you something promised every thing and never deliver also will not let you cancel so stay far away from them if possible

I was sold exclusive advertising for a specific 5 zip code, which turned out to be a lie, I also purchased a web site hosting. Neither web site, not my account was set up or used in any way.

I have paid for setting up and the first month and called the next day to cancel, as soon as I realized that I only have the option to cancel but continue to pay to them, was really not an option....my representative Justing Domingo, Internet Marketing Consultant at Z57 Inc.was ok in the beginning until he did not get me to sign with z57 and after that he was not nice- I am not sure who will read these reviews but if anyone does I will say, please stay away from this company as they do not run the business for you, they are just trying to get your money and lock you in their contract ...so poor and sad that something like this exist . I wish that companies that they do not care for their consumeres/us , sure get closed out.

I know this is ridiculous, but 5 years ago I signed up for Z57 and didn't like the posts, so I cancelled. A couple months ago I received a call from Z57, and they said that they had made massive changes. The salesman was good at selling...in fact, great at his scripts. He gave me his cell and said he was my personal go-to anytime I had questions. I was never able to speak with him after that.

One of the issues I encountered included the ability to forward leads to another database for nurturing. In addition, followup campaigns must be manually assigned--they are not automated.

They would not let me out of the contract, despite my complaints. They said they could cancel my service, but I would still get billed for the entire length of contract.

I vow never again to sign a year long contract for a similar service!

A charge on my account for internet solution. I never received any business or services with them.

I called to refund. They refused. And charged $152.12. Nothing was done.
