Why Are They Still Allowed To Do Business?
I cannot understand why z57 / Property Pulse is still allowed to be in business. They lied to me, several times. They never call when they say they will. Their Customer Service is Customer Non-Service. Most frustrating is the fact that we as REALTOR'S paid for NOTHING! I haven't received one valid lead in 8 months and of course I can't cancel or I'll have to pay a lump sum even though I was told by their Salesperson that if I was really unsatisfied, they would never do that. LIES!
I think it's time that we as REALTORS band together and fight. I'm all for paying my share to Z57 for results - however I truly believe they would rather just make us upset, get us to cancel and then they get the lump sum payment without having to do anything.
Here's what I believe is happening. You may or may not know that your website that Z57 built for you is NOT a secure site. When a potential Buyer or Seller comes to your site they will receive a warning (see screenshot attached). It says "YOUR CONNECTION IS NOT PRIVATE -- ATTACKERS MIGHT BE TRYING TO STEAL YOUR INFORMATION". If you were a potential Buyer or Seller would you give that website your Name, Home Address, Telephone Number and Email Address? NOOOOOOO!!!! That's why nobody on any Z57 review that I've read has any leads. WE ARE PAYING FOR NOTHING AND THEY DIDN'T DISCLOSE IT TO US BEFORE WE PURCHASED. Think about it, would you have signed the agreement if you were told that potential clients would be told that their info might be stolen because the site is not secure?
We need to ALL contact the NAR and our state and local associations! We were all deceived and we're paying through the nose - and Z57 is fat and happy.
Personally I'm not going to cancel my agreement and let them win. I have 4 more months on my agreement and I'm going to force them to get me leads to pay for this awful program. I'm going to call Customer Service everyday and protest the lack of good leads. They say it will work, well then they are going to show me how - every day after day after day.

Will not cancel and lie to get you to sign up.
They called and would only offer to take off 40% but not release me. I shouldn't owe anything since I called to cancel on November and they said they would do it.
They even tried to tell me that the company is under new management due to all the bad reviews but a little research proved that wasnt true. They wanted me to buy into another program of theirs. But no they did not resolve the issue.
I was forced to dispute it with my bank. I got some of the money back and had to open a new account.

They told me that they would cancel my contract, but they don't. They sent me another bogus lead with the phone number 850555****.
Of course, this is not a real lead. This is what they are sending. I can believe that this happens maybe a couple times, but this is what you will always get from them. NOTHING!!!
Please stop playing games and just cancel the contract.

Bad company stay away from them
they made it look so wonderful but try to cancel and they will not let you called 35 times to get it canceled and they did not let me and every thing they promised never came about no leads never any thing that was promised so stay away from them now they are trying to get me to pay over $1300 dollars for nothing any it was to expire in april

Z57 property pulse is a horrible company. They get you to sign the contract, then they call you back with that bogus SEM program...it's a tactic they used on me and everyone else.
That's how they get more money out of you. Please don't sign up. You Will be living a nightmare.

Neither web site, not my account was set up or used in any way.I have paid for setting up and the first month and called the next day to cancel, as soon as I realized that I only have the option to cancel but continue to pay to them, was really not an option....my representative Justing Domingo, Internet Marketing Consultant at Z57 Inc.was ok in the beginning until he did not get me to sign with z57 and after that he was not nice- I am not sure who will read these reviews but if anyone does I will say, please stay away from this company as they do not run the business for you, they are just trying to get your money and lock you in their contract ...so poor and sad that something like this exists. Terrible Services
I was a customer for Years, but, not paying attention to my website or payments to them. After years of payments and NOT 1 customers came from my website they hosted over MANY years with them.
It took me months to cancel with them and they continued to charge me even though they were not hosting my sight anymore. My new Web Hosting company already transferred over and built my new sight for months, they would not release me and continued taking money. Over 2.5 times my new company, and I within the first couple months started receiving new customers and Sales.
Z57 is not worth $10 a month for what they stole over $100 a month for years. I belong to the largest Real Estate Company in the world and have blasted it out to as many fellow Realtors as I can.

They ripped me off as well! Liars, horrible copy on the website they “created,” fake leads (5 in one year, 3 were the same name with 3 wrong email addresses, one with no name and a fake email address, and the latest one was no name with a phone number of 561-123-****!!! They won’t fix it or give me a credit or refund of the almost $2000 I paid them, RUN!
Same thing!! When I asked respectfully to get out of my contract due to Covid19 bag of issues They refused - I have talked with them for 3 weeks Result— I am still liable and with no money or credit card..

They didn’t come out and say it but said nothing except I own it! There are so many scammers FTC needs to take care of the consumers before the economy tanks!!!

This has to be the worst company on the planet. They want you to sign an agreement while you're still on the phone with them, which if you would read their agreement the only thing they are guaranteed to do is deduct your money from your account monthly and in returned they promise to do NOTHING! They lied to me from the very beginning. I integrated my contacts into their system, so that it looks like they have provided you with contacts.
Please don't believe the story about the old lady they mention who is making all this money with their company. They provided with me with no good leads, after 2 months I realized this was not going well and went to my credit card company to stop the charges and even reverse them. Discover reversed the charges and then reversed it back in their favor because their contract is written in away as to not hold them responsible for anything, not even providing real leads is not their responsibility. Is this not what we were signing up for is to get good quality leads?
So what are you selling?
I saw another post to the fact of filing a compliant with the FTC, I definitely intend to do that. This company can't be allowed to continue to rip people off.
I have filed a complaint with the FTC, BBB,NAR and my local association. I suggest you do the same.
